Applying is the first step towards studying at ACU and getting the knowledge and skills to achieve your goals.

How you apply for an undergraduate course

3Consider ACU’s alternative entry programs and bonus points

ACU offers a range of entry programs including the Early Achievers’ Program, Elite Athlete and Performer Program, and bonus points to eligible applicants.

4Check out the scholarships offered to students

ACU offers a range of scholarships, bursaries, and prizes which can be a huge financial help.

5Apply online, usually through the relevant Tertiary Admissions Centre (TAC)

Applications to most undergraduate courses are made through your local Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC, QTAC or UAC). However, some course applications are made directly to ACU. To check, select your course, go to ‘More information’, and see ‘Applying for admission’ to find out if you apply directly to ACU or through your local TAC.

There’s a range of financial programs available, and ACU offers various scholarships.

5Apply online, either direct to ACU or through the relevant Tertiary Admissions Centre

How to apply for a higher degree by research

Application to ACU higher degrees by research is by direct application to Graduate Research.
Follow these steps to apply:

  1. Check your eligibility.
  2. Complete an application for admission.
  3. Organise your confidential referee reports.
  4. Submit the completed application.
